SV Sea Dragons,

 

It seems like our season is just starting, but we are already preparing for the last 3 meets!  We need several of you to either RSVP or volunteer, so please read this note carefully to make sure you don't miss anything!!

 

End of Season Party - Our awards ceremony and party will be on June 29 from 3-6:00 at SVHS.  Mark your calendars!

 

RSVP - Please log into the website now and RSVP for the last 3 meets and the party/awards ceremony!  Entries for all 3 meets are due within the next week.  Coach Kari has been trying to track people down, but she shouldn't have to do that, and we will not have time to do it for the last 3 meets!! 

 

Volunteers - I have updated the volunteer lists and unlocked the forms.  Those who have missed volunteer slots in the first 2 meets have an opportunity to get your 2 required slots filled.  The championship meet will run in 2 pools split by age groups - one for 10 & Under and one for 11 & Up, and the league has given us more details on volunteer requirements for that meet.  Please check your Parent Page (under Actions) on the website and make sure you have your 2 slots either completed or scheduled.  Only those who meet the volunteer requirements will be able to register first and have a guaranteed spot on the team next year!!  :)

 

Championship Meet T-shirts - Shirts are $10 and must be pre-ordered and paid in advance.  If you'd like to purchase one, please print the attached form and put it with check or cash in the Team Manager folder at practice.

 

Lost & Found - The size of our lost & found is quite impressive!  It is in a box next to the black crates at practice.  Please claim your belongings as we cannot carry them around for long!!

 

Swim caps - All swimmers are required to wear a Sea Dragons swim cap at meets.  If you have lost or torn yours, I have more.  There are also a few in the lost & found.
