    Meet 1 Volunteers

    SV Sea Dragon Volunteers,

     

    Thanks so much for volunteering to help at the meet on Saturday!  The attached volunteer list for the 5/30 meet is attached to this note, so please review your volunteer position and let me know asap if you cannot fill your volunteer slot on Saturday!

     

    The first half of the meet will generally be from 8:00-10:30, and the 2nd half from 10:30-1:00.  Further instructions for each position are below. Let me know if you have any questions.

     

    Set up - please arrive at the pool by 7:00 and check in with me on the pool deck.  We will need help setting up pop up tents for the team, hanging signs, etc.

     

    Check in - please arrive by 7:15 and check in with Missy Sipple on the tennis courts.  The swimmers will check in on the tennis courts, so we will need a list of who is present.  We will send out the heat sheet on Friday, so many swimmers will already have their arms marked.  Those that don't will need some help from check in volunteers.

     

    Concessions - Please arrive by 8:00 and report directly to concessions.

     

    Bench Starter - Please arrive by 8:00 and report to the tennis courts.  You will stay with a group of swimmers and make sure they know when to go to the Ready Bench.

     

    Ready Bench - Please arrive by 8:30 and report to the benches on the pool deck.

     

    Runner & Event Counter - Please be on deck by 9:00.

     

    Timer - We will have a timer meeting for both first and second half timers at 8:45 at the scorers table.

     

    Clean Up - Please stay approx 30 mins after the end of the meet to help pick up and store tents and equipment.
