SV Sea Dragons,

Volunteers - We have had a lot of changes in volunteers for this meet, so we STILL NEED 3 volunteers for the meet tomorrow - 1st half timer, 2nd half timer, and 1st half ready bench.  Please let me know if you can fill any of these positions.  We understand that things change in everyone's schedule, so please check the future meets and update your volunteer positions if needed.  One of my least favorite things to do is beg for help at the last minute!!!  Remember that every family is required to fill at least 2 positions during the season. 

Weather - There is a 50% chance of rain tomorrow morning.  Our league rule is that both teams must show up ready to swim or else they forfeit the meet.  The meet referee will determine any delays or changes to the meet schedule.  We can swim in the rain, but have to clear the pool for 30 minutes if there is lightning or thunder.

Heat Sheet - There are 4 attachments to this note - volunteer list, boys entries, girls entries, and the heat sheet.  To see what events your swimmer will be in, check the entry reports.  The swimmers are listed alphabetically by last name.  Below each name is a list of events for each swimmer.  The numbers to the right are the heat and lane for that event.  Heat sheets will not be sold at the meet, so if you would like to have one to follow along, please print it and bring it with you.  If you can, write your swimmers events on their arm prior to arriving at the meet.  If you're not sure how to do that, there will be check in volunteers to help when you get there.

Make sure to be at the SVHS pool by 7:15 on Saturday.  When your swimmer has completed all of their events, they may leave the meet ONLY after checking with Coach Kari to make sure they are done.  Sometimes swimmers have to leave early and your swimmer may be needed for a relay at the end of the meet.
