Our next swim meet is on Monday at Boerne - Please read the info below!!

 

Reminders - We do not have practice on Monday!  We will switch to the June practice schedule on Tuesday, June 9.  Picture Day is Wednesday, June 10 - Please pick up a picture order form at practice.

 

Meet location - Boerne City Pool which is in the city park located on Hwy 46 just east of downtown.  The address is 120 City Park Rd, Boerne, 78006.

 

Time - Please plan to be there by 4:15 or earlier to check in and get ready to warm up.  Warm up is at 4:45, and the meet will start at 5:30.  We are expecting the meet to be over around 9:30, but it could go later since both teams are quite large.  Your swimmer can leave after their last event ONLY after checking with Coach Kari to make sure that they are not needed for a relay.

 

Check in - When you get there, please check in - Look for our team banner to find our team area.  This is VERY important so that Coach Kari knows who is present and can make any relay changes if needed.  I will give Coach Kari the check in list after our team warms up, so if your swimmer is not checked in by then, they will be pulled from any relays.  

 

Heat Sheets - The heat sheet and entry lists are attached. Note that the entry list is sorted by boys/girls, then by age with the younger swimmers listed first.  Please write your swimmers events on their arm prior to arriving at the meet if possible.  If not, we will have check in volunteers to help when you get there.
