Thanks so much for volunteering to help at the meet on Monday!  The volunteer list for the 6/8 meet is attached to this note, so please review your volunteer position and let me know asap if you cannot fill your volunteer slot on Monday!

 

Set up - please arrive by 3:45 and help set up the team area.

 

Check in - please arrive by 4:00 and find our team tent area. 

 

Bench Starter - Please arrive by 5:00 and find our team area.  You will stay with a group of swimmers and make sure they know when to go to the Ready Bench.

 

Ready Bench and Runners - Please arrive by 5:15 and come to the benches on the pool deck.

 

Timer - There will be a timer meeting on the pool deck at approx 5:15.

 

Clean up - please plan to stay approx 30 minutes afer the meet ends.
