    June 13 Volunteers

    SV Sea Dragon Volunteers,

     

    You are scheduled to help at the meet on Saturday, so please review your volunteer position in the attachment and let me know asap if you cannot fill your volunteer slot!

     

    The first half of the meet will generally be from 8:00-10:30, and the 2nd half from 10:30-1:00.  Further instructions for each position are below. Let me know if you have any questions.

     

    Set up - please arrive at the pool by 7:00 and check in with me on the pool deck.  We will need help setting up pop up tents for the team, hanging signs, etc.

     

    Check in - please arrive by 7:15 and find Missy Sipple in the team area to help write events on swimmer's arms.

     

    Concessions - Please arrive by 8:00 and go directly to concessions.

     

    Bench Starter - Please arrive by 8:00 at the team area.  You will stay with a group of swimmers and make sure they know when to go to the Ready Bench.

     

    Ready Bench - Please arrive by 8:30 and come to the benches on the pool deck.

     

    Runner & Event Counter - Please be on deck by 9:00.

     

    Timer - We will have a timer meeting for both first and second half timers at 8:45 at the scorers table.

     

    Clean Up - Please stay approx 30 mins after the end of the meet to help pick up and store tents and equipment.
