Congratulations Sea Dragons!!  Today's meet was great, and our Sea Dragons looked ready to race!  Mountain Lodge had some very tough competition for us, but we stood our ground and raced down to the last event.  We are so proud of our team, and ready to prepare for Championships!!

The results are attached.  I will be finalizing Championship entries tonight/tomorrow, and sending those out as soon as they are ready to go.  Practice attendance this week is extremely important in order to work on the little things that make a huge difference.  We want to bring our best effort to the meet and there are still several things we can fix before next weekend.  This week it is really important for the swimmers to get a lot of rest, eat well, and stay free of injuries!!!
