Congratulations to our Sea Dragons on a fantastic first meet of the season!  It felt good to get the first meet jitters out of the way, and to see our swimmers compete!!  (hopefully they are all sleeping well this evening)

Meet results are attached to this email and will also be posted to our 'Meets' page for the duration of the season.  You must be logged in in order to access them.  We had much to be proud of today and cannot wait to see what the rest of the season brings. As I told the swimmers, drops in times personally are WAY MORE important than what place you finished overall.  It's great to win but it's even better (especially for us as coaches) to see IMPROVEMENTS!! We already dropped time from our time trials at practice and I have a feeling there will be a lot more dropped before June ends!!

There will be no practice on Memorial Day, so our only practice next week is on Wednesday.  Please be sure to RSVP, if you haven't already, ASAP for next Saturday's meet.  Entries go in no later than Wednesday morning and I need all confirmation sooner rather than later!

A special thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who truly make our meets the best ones to attend (you'll see what I mean as the season goes on....) but our SV families rock!!!
