SV Sea Dragons,

 

Our next meet is at Cibolo Canyons on June 4 - Please read the following important info!

 

Meet location - Cibolo Canyons subdivision on TPC Parkway.  The address is 3650 TPC Parkway, San Antonio, 78261. 

 

Parking - Please note that there is very limited parking at the pool, and parking is not allowed on side streets.  The host team is asking that you drop off swimmers, tents, chairs, etc at the pool, then drive to Cibolo Green Elementary School (24315 Bulverde Green, San Antonio, 78261) to park.  They will have a shuttle to drive you to and from the pool for the duration of the meet. 

 

Time - The meet starts at 8:00 AM and we warm up at 7:30.  Please plan to be there by 7:00 AM to park, check in, and get ready to warm up.  We are expecting the meet to be over around 12:30.

 

Volunteers - We still need one 1st half timer and two 2nd half timers for this meet!  Please let me know if you can help!!  I will send a separate note to those who have already volunteered to let you know when to be there.

 

Please make sure to have your swimmers check in with Ms. Sipple as they come in the entrance.  Our team will be set up to the right as you come into the pool area. Also make sure to bring chairs, tents, and cash for concessions.  I will send out the heat sheet and entry lists on Friday.
