SV Sea Dragons,

Volunteers - We have had a lot of changes in volunteers for this meet, so we STILL NEED 2nd half timers and bench starters for the meet tomorrow - please let me know if you can help!!

Weather - There is a 50% chance of rain tomorrow morning.  Our league rule is that both teams must show up ready to swim or else they forfeit the meet.  The meet referee will determine any delays or changes to the meet schedule.  We can swim in the rain, but have to clear the pool for 30 minutes if there is lightning or thunder.

Heat Sheet - There are 3 attachments to this note - volunteer list, meet entries, and the heat sheet.  To see what events your swimmer will be in, check the entry reports.  There have been several changes since we submitted entries, so the ones we have so far are marked on the entry sheet, but not the heat sheet.  Heat sheets will not be sold at the meet, so if you would like to have one to follow along, please print it and bring it with you.  If you can, write your swimmers events on their arm prior to arriving at the meet.  If you're not sure how to do that, there will be check in volunteers to help when you get there.

Make sure to be at the pool by 7:00 on Saturday and allow time for parking at the elementary school and riding the shuttle to the pool.
