Congratulations to our team for a great meet today!  It's hard to believe that it's time for the end of season planning already!  Thank you to all who have volunteered to help make this season a success, and help us finish strong through Championship season!! Way to finish the season strong swimmers!!  We have one week left of practice to prepare so, please be sure your swimmer gets there as much as possible!  (Also this is the week we ask that they take it easy.....get more rest, lay off the extreme activities that could get themselves injured, etc........housework is definitely not included in that though :))
