Heat Sheet - The league is sending out the Championship Meet heat sheet before the meet this year, so ours is attached.  Note that it is separated for the 2 different pools, so the 11 & up events are listed first and then the 10 & under events at the end.  All medley relays will be in the 11 & up pool, so the 10 & under pool will start with event 9.

Please look at the entry list from Coach Kari to see what events your swimmer is swimming, then look at the heat sheet to get the heat and lane for each event.  Please write the Event-Heat-Lane info on their arms prior to arriving at the meet if possible!

Volunteers - We still need some volunteers for this meet - Lane Line Up and Ready Bench for 10 & Under and Timer for 11 & Up.  Please let me know if you can help!
