Congratulations again to all of our All-Stars qualifiers! 

We look forward to one final practice with you guys from 5-6 this evening, and are even more excited to see you swim tomorrow evening! See below for information about tomorrow's meet. I will send the heat sheet as soon as I receive it; however, you can count on only 1 heat of each event, which will go quickly. :)

Please plan to arrive between 4:00-4:15, no earlier. We will check in quickly and plan to have our first round of warm-ups at 4:30.

WARM-UPS: Will be done by age groups and not usually with their coach as this is an individual meet and NOT a team meet. 
4:30 – 4:50 Lanes 1 thru 4 – All 6 & U Lanes 5 thru 8 – All 7 & 8 2nd 
4:55 – 5:15: Lanes 1 thru 4 -- All 9 & 10 Lanes 5 thru 8 – All 11 & 12
5-20 – 5:40: Lanes 1 thru 4 -- All 13 & 14 Lanes 5 thru 8 – All 15 thru 18

PARKING: Ask that you drop off swimmers and park down the street in the Elementary Parking lot. Police will patrol the main road & tickets will be issued. Please do not block driveways of homes of the pool building. 
TEAM SEATING: There is limited space inside the pool for teams. Seating is outside the fenced pool area for parents.  People will be coming and going throughout the meet. Bring chairs and canopies but no staking of canopies is allowed due to underground sprinkler systems. SV traditionally has sat near the picnic table near the pavilion, to the left of the pool. It will be fun to have us all together for this special meet, so please rty to sit in this general area.

VOLUNTEERS: The league does not assign volunteers for this meet. However, we WILL need up to 3 timers for each of the 8 lanes, plus volunteers to put labels on the awards throughout the meet so we are not waiting at the very end. Let's represent our team with some help one last time!

READY BENCH: There will be no ready bench for this meet. Swimmers will need to be behind the blocks no sooner than 3 heats before their event. Coaches will have a heat sheet and will be assisting, but parents and swimmers need to be paying attention and be ready to line up for their events.

Intermission: At some point in during the meet, there will be a 30 minute intermission for team awards and presentations of scholarships. Traditionally there has also been a fun coaches relay during this time, so be ready to cheer on our awesome coaches once again as they race!

Concessions: Wildhorse will run a concession stand. 

ALL STAR ITEMS WILL BE ON SALE AT THE MEET. Like last year, cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted by the vendor.
