Good evening and Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!  I'm sorry for the late email, but I too was enjoying father's day festivities and am just sitting down to my laptop. 

Attached is the HEAT SHEET and CHECK IN for tomorrow's meet. Please read this email in its entirety for all the info for tomorrow. 

Pool Info: Olympia Otters 8442 Athenian Drive, Universal City, TX 78148

Swimmer Check In: Check in no later than 4:30. At 4:30, we will delete swimmers from their events if not checked in. 

Warm Up: 4:55-5:25

Olympia Coach/Parent relay to test timing system, then National Anthem

Meet Starts: 5:30

Parking: There is a little bit of parking at the clubhouse. For overflow parking, please first park in the Olympia Elementary Parking lot across the street. Once filled, please park along Athenian or Universal City Blvd on the elementary school side of the street.

Concessions: Menu attached (screenshot). We accept cash, Zelle, or card with a fee for each card transaction. Kona Ice will also be on site. 

Other Important Info from Olympia: Please keep all swimmers, family members and spectators out of trees, shrubs, landscaping, flower beds etc. We are a ZERO chewing gum pool. Please refrain from using chewing gum in the pool, on the pool deck or outside the pool area. You may set up swimmer and parent tents on the grassy side of the pool inside and outside of the fence near the clubhouse. You will need to bring tents as there is little shade on the grassy side inside the fence but more shade on the outside perimeter near the clubhouse. The gate will open on the grassy side for visiting team under the clubhouse awning. Ready bench for your team will be in the grass area behind the starter tent. You will want tents to provide shade. 

They might also have a professional photographer on-site taking action shots (of both teams) that will be printed and sold on site.

I will send volunteer reminder emails in the morning. :) We are still in need of a few volunteers. If you are able, please log in and sign up!

Lastly, T-SHIRTS ARE FINALLY IN! Thank you to Shelley Seeley for taking her weekend to sort and bag the shirts and bring them to the meet. She will be set up by the check in station. Please check in your athletes THEN grab your shirts!
