Hi parents,

You are receiving this message because your swimmer is entered in our Division 1 Championship meet on Monday morning! I will be sending detailed meet information on Saturday, but right now I am asking for meet volunteers. We received our required list of league volunteers, plus I added some team specific roles as well. WE ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUR VOLUNTEER ROLES IN ORDER TO COMPETE ON MONDAY. 

In addition, this facility only allows swimmers, coaches, and volunteers on deck. All spectators and parents will be seated upstairs and the doors to the pool deck will all be monitored. Only volunteers with wristbands will be allowed on deck. If you are worried about your children being without you or if they are worried about you not being near them, please volunteer. If you want a front row seat on deck, please volunteer. If you want to help our swimmers feel ready to swim, please volunteer! 

Log in to our website and look for the meet on the right side of the screen. Click Job Sign Up (picture attached) and choose your role.
