Good evening, Sea Dragons!

Our 4th meet vs JCC is Monday! You are receiving this message because your swimmer is entered into 1 or more events for Monday's meet. Please read this information carefully so that you are fully prepared.

• Please arrive at the pool no later than 5:00 pm. The address is 12500 NW Military, San Antonio, TX 78231
• Please park on the backside of the JCC, near the tennis courts. Families will need to follow the signs leading them to the path down towards the pool, there will be a side gate opened for entry to the meet. Do not go in the Main entrance, you cannot access the pool from this entrance and will be asked to go around. 
• I have attached a map of the campus below, the JCC has closed the Wurzbach entrance you see in the photo for security purposes. We will still be entering through the pool gate, so please have your families follow the RED line to find the pool. We apologized for the inconvenience in advance however we want to ensure the campus is safe and secure for everyone. (see attachment for map view)
• Visiting team will sit near the beach front area under the 2 blue coverings. Our team ready bench will be set up under the provided shade space. Please be mindful before setting up here. Additional seating for parents will be available outside the pool gates near the picnic tables (if needed). 
• We ask that families keep all walk ways clear especially the handicap walkways to enter the locker rooms. Sitting behind the dive blocks is not permitted this is the ready bench area. Please don’t sit in our landscaping (rock bed area). We ask that your swimmers not access the beach front, splash pad or hot tub area, these areas are off limits during swim meets.
• Check in under the BLUE TENT with the volunteers. If you do not check in with the volunteers at the BLUE tent by 5:15, we will assume you are absent and you will be removed from your events. Make sure all swimmers in your family check in! WE have had instances at both previous meets where swimmers are present, but in danger of being removed from their events because they do not check in. BE SURE TO CHECK IN AT THE BLUE TEAM TENT!
• The pool is a 25 meter pool, with starting blocks. We get to dive!
• Warm-ups begin at 5:15. Swimmers need to have caps and goggles on and be ready to warm up at 5:15. Coaches will call age groups for warm ups. IF YOUR CHILD SWIMS IN A MEDLEY RELAY, THEY WILL GET OUT OF THE POOL AFTER WARM UP AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE READY BENCH. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE SCRAMBLING TO FIND OUR RELAY SWIMMERS.
• Meet begins at 6:00.
• Bathrooms can be accessed by using the doors leading up to the sides of the building. If you are facing the pool the Women’s locker room is on the left had side and Men’s is located on the right hand side. We ask that families only come inside to use the rest room and do not loiter inside the building. Our facilities are still open for member use while the swim meet is happening.
• Deliciously Different Catering will provide concession stand food and beverages. The company picks the menu which usually consists of a combination of the following: cheese pizza, nachos, hot dogs, pickles, sweet treats, salty snacks, water, soda and electrolyte drinks. They accept Venmo, Zelle and cash.
• Bring chairs, blankets, and EZ Up tents if you have them! Prepare with PLENTY of water! It will be HOT!
• If you haven't yet received your caps and/or t-shirts please be sure to grab those at the meet. THese items will be under the team tent at check in!
• ATTACHMENTS:
• Attached is the athlete check in sheet, which lists each child alphabetically and the events they are swimming. This will help you find your child on the heat sheet more easily.
• Lastly, the heat sheet is attached. You will use this to "mark up" your child before the meet and also to follow along as the meet progresses. If you are unsure of how to "mark up" your swimmer, please make sure to ask the volunteers at check in! Please print the heat sheet at home before coming to the meet- they will not be available at the meet. You can also download the Swimtopia app to follow all of our meets on your phone!
• The JCC campus map is attached. Please adhere to all parking and seating guidelines. Security management has the right to remove anyone not following guidelines. 
• If you signed up to volunteer for this meet, you will receive another separate reminder email later this evening. Volunteers will also check in under the blue tent. WE ARE STILL MISSING SOME VOLUNTEERS! IF YOU ARE ABLE, PLEASE LOG IN AND CONSIDER HELPING OUT TO ENSURE THE MEET RUNS SMOOTHLY.
