Sorry for the last minute email, team!

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED ATHLETE CHECK IN SHEET BEFORE MARKING YOUR SWIMMER(S) ARM FOR THE MEET TONIGHT. 

Our wonderful officials and scorekeeper combined some events. This means that we will swim more than one event at the same time. In doing this, we should expedite the meet and finish by 8:00! This also means that your swimmer's lane may have changed from the last heat sheet we sent out. 

Tonight the meet will run MUCH faster than last week. There will be much less down time than before. It is critical that parents and swimmers listen for the megaphone for their event to be called to line up. When your event is called, please make sure your swimmer is ready to line up. 

Also, I've received emails about setting up "camp" (tents, etc.). Chairs will be needed, yes, and can be set up on the upstairs deck and along the brick wall downstairs. The area alongside the fence is for standing room only for parents to watch their kids swim, since only volunteers and coaches are allowed inside the pool area. Please be mindful and not linger along the fence line so that everyone has a chance to watch. That being said, I do not think there will be a place or need for tents today; however, if you want to pack it and have it just in case, you may. 

Volunteers, I never sent out reminders. If you have time, please check to see if you volunteered and be ready to step up this evening.
