Hello All-Stars Parents! 

Attached are the athlete check-in sheet and the heat sheet for tomorrow's meet. Please make sure your swimmer is marked prior to arriving. 

Location: JCC swimming pool- 12500 NW Military Hwy #275, San Antonio, TX 78231
Please enter the JCC off of Wurzbach Parkway. They will not let anyone who enters from the front of the building go through to the pool. Bring folding chairs and sit outside the fenced pool area. You will be invited inside just to watch your swimmer, then you return to your seats.

Arrival and Check In: Please arrive at 4:40 and find Sandie at the orange tent to check in your swimmer. Swimmers need to set up close to the orange tent. WE WILL NOT  run any kind of ready-bench, so swimmers need to be close to the tent at all times so that coaches can line them up. 

Warm-Ups: 5-5:30 for 10 & Under and 5:30-6 pm for 11 & Older
Swimmers will NOT warm up by teams, but by age groups in an assigned lane with an assigned coach to conduct warm-up drills, and it probably is not with their coach.

MEET STARTS AT 6 PM.

Concession stand and Kona Ice available. Please bring small bills. 
Halftime will include a COACHES MEDLEY RELAY. Our very own COACH TIFFANY, COACH KELLY AND COACH VANESSA will be swimming! It's sure to be a great race!

VOLUNTEERS: Are needed to run every swim meet. Officials will come dressed in their official uniform. The meet ref asks at the meet for volunteers to work as lane timers, runner, head timer, awards, and in scorekeeping. The meet cannot start until we have all volunteers in place. Be prepared to work at least one half of the shortest meet—and most fun—of the season! It is 1 heat of every event from Champs!
