Hello Sea Dragon Champs Swimmers!

Please read this lengthy email carefully. I have included all the information from the league president, which includes very specific rules that we must follow for a smooth meet. 

Attached is the pool layout, athlete check-in, and heat sheet for Saturday morning. As a reminder, parents/spectators must remain in the upstairs bleachers. Swimmers, coaches and volunteers are the only ones allowed on the pool deck. Please see the pool layout for a diagram of where the team will be sitting. 

We are still in need of 10 volunteers for the meet. If you haven't signed up for a slot yet, please log in and choose your on-deck spot! I will send out separate volunteer emails with specific directions in the morning.

Please arrive at the pool by 8:50. We cannot enter before 9:00. Look for the orange tent for check in. Athletes MUST check in at the orange tent. Volunteers must also check in at the orange tent to receive a name tag that allows you on deck.  Please bring extra towels and/or blankets for the swimmers to sit on during the meet. No chairs allowed on deck. 

Now for the league rules....

• NS CONTRACT: Requires NONE of the following allowed at the meets--NO firearms, offensive language, tobacco in the facility, alcohol, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, other intoxicants of any kind, or any disorderly or disruptive behavior.
• No scoreboards in use for our meets. Remind parents that the SWIMTOPIA MOBILE APP is their ONLY way to know results happening at the meets! There is no place to print and post results at the pool. 
• NO ONE will be allowed past the barricades that will be in place around the dive well and/or in and around the inside facility for ANY REASON.
• All areas could use a couple of additional EZ-ups. We ask that you ask your parents to throw one in their car so that if necessary we can utilize them during the meet. Please ensure your parents label their tents. Your team rep is responsible for ensuring they are returned to their rightful owner. ALL tents must be secured so PLEASE bring weights to make this happen.
• SWIMMER’S LOCKER ROOMS WILL BE LOCKED DURING THE MEETS FOR SWIMMER’S SAFETY! Family bathrooms will be available-see schematic. Parent bathrooms in the bleacher section will be open the entire meet for spectators—not swimmers.
