FINAL CALL FOR MEET #4!!!!!!

RSVPs are due no later than 10 pm tonight. Meet entries will be submitted in the morning to the host team. Please RSVP if you haven't yet.

Man, yesterday sure was a HOT one!!!! It wouldn't be summer league swim, though, without sweltering heat, Kona Ice, and racing!

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to our scorekeeper, Jillian, and our AWESOME officials. While us parents were enjoying watching our kids race, these folks were making sure the meet kept rolling while entering all times BY HAND when the electronic timing system did not function properly. Our officials worked the entire meet, calling the meet fairly to ensure that our swimmers learn and improve every race. 

Speaking of working the entire meet, another HUGE shout out to the group of parents that signed up for first half ready bench and bench starter and wound up volunteering for the entire meet when 2nd half replacements were short. The hot sun and long time spent on their feet did not stop them from helping us out, and I am so grateful!

As always, our timers, check in volunteers, and clean up crew made sure we all had the best time and that the meet went so well! You all are so very valuable!!!!
