Good evening, Sea Dragons!

You are receiving this message because you are signed up for meet #3 tomorrow against the Schertz StingRays. The heat sheet, parent preparation and athlete check in are attached. Please read all information carefully, as Schertz has been kind enough to send detailed information for us about this meet. 

• Where: Pickrell Park Pool, 703 Oak Street Schertz
  
• Check in will be at the orange team tent at 4:00. All swimmers must be checked in by 4:30 or will be removed from their events. If you haven't yet picked up t-shirts or swim caps, these will be available at check-in.
• Warm-up starts at 4:40
• Meet starts at 5:30. Estimated finish time is about 9:30 pm. 
• Parents will sit outside the fence in our visitor area. Home team will be setup outside the fence as well. Spectators may flow in and out of the pool area to see the races.
• Please bring shade/ pop ups as there is none none at Pickrell Park. It is going to be HOT! Be prepared with sunscreen, shade and plenty of water!
• We are at a 7 Lane 25 meter pool with no starting blocks. They do place their backstroke flags at 5 yards, since most are used to yards flags. We dive from deep end and 100 relays start in water at shallow end.
• They will have cash/credit concessions (general snacks, drinks, hot dogs, maybe hamburgers) along with Kona Ice.
• Please see a map to the facility and overview of parking at stingrays.swimtopia.com. Parking at the pool is limited but we have plenty of parking in the area. We will have an unload point for cars near the visitor area before finding a parking spot.
• We are still in need of volunteers for tomorrow, specifically TIMERS. If you are able, please sign up for a spot. Timers get cold water and a front row seat!
