Good afternoon, Sea Dragon parents!

Please take a moment and fill out our t-shirt order form. Every swimmer will receive a t-shirt, the price of which is included in your registration fee. This form is where we collect sizes to ensure your child receives the correct shirt. 

Also in the form is an opportunity for you to purchase extra t-shirts for siblings, parents, etc. We have adult shirts, youth shirts and women's tanks available for purchase. T-shirts are $15 and women's tanks are $20. Shirts will be HOT PINK with NAVY print this year.
