Good afternoon, Sea Dragons!

You are receiving this because you are entered in tomorrow's meet against Sonterra! We are so excited to host at our pool. It's going to be a long morning, and a hot one, but our Sea Dragons are going to be AWESOME!

Attached is the home meet information and the heat sheet. PLEASE READ ALL THE ATTACHMENTS CAREFULLY SO THAT YOU ARE PREPARED. Also attached is a list of events and heats that are being combined in an effort to make our meet run more quickly. Please take a look and see if this effects your child's races.

Arrive no later than 7:15. Check in at the orange tent set up between the tennis courts and the football stadium.

The orange tent is also where swimmers will gather before they are escorted to the ready bench.

Please also take a look at the picture attached. There will be absolutely NO PARKING in the lot by the pool, not even for loading/unloading. The gates will remain locked during the entire meet. There will be construction going on at the football stadium and the trucks need free access to the road entering the stadium. This being said, we will be setting up where we did last week, and kiddos need to be careful for moving vehicles that may be driving in and out of the field gates. Just be vigilant, please!

We are still in need of a few volunteers for the meet. Let's make sure those slots are filled so the meet can run smoothly. Many hands make light work!
