Good Evening, Parents!

You are receiving this email because your swimmer is entered to swim in the first meet on Wednesday, June 1. Please read this email and all attachments carefully so you can be fully prepared for the meet!

The meet will take place at 21251 Balmoral Place, San Antonio, TX 78258. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 4:45. Warm-up will begin at 5:15 sharp, and we want you to have plenty of time to check in and get settled by then. 

Parking is limited by the pool, but there is plenty of overflow parking across the street at Wilderness Oak Elementary. Please do not park in the grass or blocking any residence driveways. 

Please read the attachment carefully "preparing for a meet". This will give you all the information you need for packing and preparing for a great meet, as well as instructions for marking your child's arm using the heat sheet. We will have tents over the ready benches for the swimmers, but it is going to be HOT, so be plan to bring a pop-up tent for shade if you have one!

SWIM CAPS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL SWIMMERS, so be sure to pick up your t-shirt and cap at the pool tomorrow!
