Good evening, Sea Dragons! 

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the pool tomorrow! The purpose of tomorrow's practice meet is to get a time trial for kids in order to be ready to accurately seed them for our first real meet. While we are calling it a practice meet, we are not running it in a full meet format. 

Please come to practice at your regularly scheduled time. We do NOT need everyone there at 4:45.

From 4:45-5:15, for example, the 6 & Under swimmers will warm-up, then swim their freestyle and backstroke events. 

6 & Under: 4:45-5:15

7/8: 5:15-5:45

9/10: 5:45-6:30

11/12: 6:30-7:15

13 & Up: 6:30-7:30

If you are not able to come, that is ok. You can still swim at our meets!

There is a chance for rain in the evening tomorrow. In the event we have to cancel tomorrow, we will reschedule the practice meet for THURSDAY, as there is not a chance of rain forecasted then. We will run regular practices on Tuesday and Wednesday, weather permitting.
