Good evening, parents!

Today we started week 3 of practices! WOW! There are several reminders / pieces of information today, so please read everything carefully.

First, we can finally order SUITS!!!!!! Unfortunately, the suit we originally ordered will not be available until later in June, so we changed our suit choice. The link for ordering online is here: https://www.swimfreak.com/summer-teams/smithson-valley-sea-dragons/

Suits need to be purchased online by THIS FRIDAY, MAY 20, if you would like the suit to be delivered to the pool. Please follow the directions on the Swim Freak Site carefully when placing your order. Anything ordered after this Friday will have to be shipped directly to you for a fee or picked up at Swim Freak. If you have a team suit from a previous year, you are welcome to wear that. It IS MANDATORY to be in a competition suit to compete in meets (one-piece competition suit for girls, jammer or brief for boys). 

Thank you all for your shirt orders. They should arrive by the middle of next week and will be distributed at practice, along with swim caps. 

The picture day originally scheduled for this week will be rescheduled. Since we have neither team suits or team shirts, we are postponing this to a later date. 

To prepare for time trials on May 23 and our first meet on June 1, the next two Friday practices will look a bit different.

4:45-5:15 8 and under

5:15-6:15 Butterfly Clinic (5/20)

                Breaststroke Clinic (5/27)

Any 7/8 or older swimmers that are interested in doing butterfly and/or breaststroke  should attend these clinics. WE will not have regular age group practices on these two Fridays, except for the 8 & under group from 4:45-5:15.
