Good Afternoon, Sea Dragons!

Our first meet is tomorrow. Attached you will find detailed instructions that will help you feel ready and prepared for tomorrow morning. Please read the attachments in detail!

We WILL have practice today. T-shirts, swim caps, and suit orders will be passed out today at practice. If you are unable to attend practice today, we will have everything at the meet tomorrow as well.

The pool is located at 24108 Seven Winds, San Antonio, 78258.

Parking is limited and carpooling is recommended. Visitors can street park on Seven Winds and Alpine Mist (maps attached). Please do not block any residential driveways or park in residential driveways.

Please arrive in the morning no later than 7:30. This will give you plenty of time to unload your things, find a spot to sit, get your swimmer checked in and marked with their events. Our team area will be set up in half of the parking lot. Parents may sit with their swimmer in the team area or sit under the pavilion. Do not set up chairs past the pavilion area. Plan to bring chairs for spectators and your swimmer.
If you are running late for a meet or your child is sick on the day of a meet, please text Sandie Schneider at 210-860-1921 with your swimmer's first & last name, age group, and the situation (running late, sick, etc.) as soon as you know. 

Warm-ups begin promptly at 8:00. The meet begins at 8:45.

VOLUNTEERS:

If you volunteered for this meet, you should have already received an email from me on Wednesday with details for your job. Please check in with our volunteer coordinator, Felicia Avalos, as soon as you arrive. She will direct you to your job area and give you supplies you may need.
If you volunteered to be a timer, the timers meeting will be on the pool deck around 8:30. Please be sure to attend and get instructions.

THE HEAT SHEET IS ATTACHED. Please be sure to print this at home tonight for the meet tomorrow, as we will NOT have them available at the meet.
