Attached is the order form for MSSL Champs T-shirts. T-Shirts are $12 if pre-ordered, and proceeds go to support the league's scholarship fund. Unfortunately, the orders are due to the league by noon tomorrow. If you would like to preorder a shirt, please send me your shirt order by 11:00 am tomorrow. I will compile the orders and send them to the league president. Shirt orders will have to be paid no later than Saturday. Checks can be made payable to SV Sea Dragons, and we will write one check to the league. 

I apologize for the short notice. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made for late orders.

Also, the volunteer slots for our Division 1 Championship Meet are available online. Thank you in advance for making sure all of these slots are filled before our Championship Meet!
