Good Evening, Sea Dragons!

Tomorrow is Meet # 3 against Sonoma Ranch. Please read this email in its entirety, as it contains a LOT of details for tomorrow, particularly in regard to the weather forecast.

THE HEAT SHEET IS ATTACHED.

PLEASE ARRIVE BY 4:00 FOR CHECK-IN AND TO GET SETTLED. In regards to the forecast, please read the RAINY DAY MEET info attached for MSSL procedures regarding weather. The most important thing to know is that WE MUST SHOW UP, regardless of the weather, to avoid a forfeit. For those of you that remember our rained out meet last year, the decision is made on site by the officials, and BOTH TEAMS MUST BE PRESENT.   

Our meet starts at 5:00 pm. Our team warms-up from 4:15-4:45. 

The Sonoma Ranch pool is located at 170 Ruidosa Downs, Helotes, TX, 78023. This is in the area of 1604/Kyle Seale Parkway area. This area is very heavy traffic-wise, especially at the time of the meet. Please be sure to allow plenty of time for traveling to the pool. 

Parking will be available in the main lot and parking lot on opposite side of tennis courts, but space is VERY limited. Carpooling is HIGHLY encouraged.Parking is also allowed on one side of the street only (South side which is the same side as the pool). Please observe the no parking areas, fire hydrants, and not parking too close to stop sign intersections.

Sea Dragon team members will have team and ready bench space behind the row of the hedges to the left of the back pool area. Half of the main poolside deck will be reserved for the Sea Dragon spectators. There is limited shade so shade tents are HIGHLY recommended. Sea Dragon spectators and swim team members will also have access to the large park area adjacent to the pool (there is plenty of shade in that area). 

Swim team members are not allowed in the sand volleyball court, basketball or tennis courts, or in the playground area.

Concessions, including Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and Kona Ice, will be available. 

If you still have shirts or caps to pick up, please see Dana Stevenson tomorrow. She will be handing out the shirts. Also, we have the following "extras" available- first paid, first serve:

Tanks $15- M, XL

T-Shirts $10- YS, AS

LASTLY, we still need some volunteers! If you haven't done your volunteer duties yet, please consider helping out tomorrow. Please find Rebekah Sechrist if you can help.
